Strategic Account Management (SAM)

The Strategic Account Management system is a client-server based sales and marketing support system tailored for the telecom industry.  Currently deployed in the former Ameritech division of SBC Communications, this system services the sales force of Ameritech’s middle-market customer base.  The system enables sales opportunity and sales funnel analysis, sales forecasting, and sales reporting.  The system supports Oracle 7.x, 8i, and 9i.  It is tested with a capacity of 1 million sales orders.

Integrated Account Assignment (IAA)

The Integrated Account Assignment module works with the Strategic Account Management system to provide highly complex, multi-level sales account assignment functionality.  It is specially crafted to service the multiple challenges encountered in a telecom environment, including regulatory concerns, multiple organizational layers, and special sales and marketing projects.

Sales Information and Reporting (SIRS)

The Sales Information and Reporting system is an innovative sales automation system custom designed for the telecom industry.  This system, first deployed in 1994, utilized our proprietary data replication technology to enable untethered, remote users.  Even with the existence of numerous bloat-ware sales automation software alternatives today, the SIRs system is still a favorite within the telecom industry. SIRS can be found deployed within the former Ameritech division of SBC Communications, servicing the sales force of Ameritech's top-200 customer base.

BillMaster™

BillMaster™

The BillMaster™ software product was custom developed by Risiko* for Ameritech Corp.  It was a groundbreaking advance in “shrink-wrapped” telecom billing analysis software.  The software package enabled electronic or media based toll billing data import, based upon EDI standards.  It provided advanced analysis and reporting features enabling businesses and high-end customers to maximize telecom usage.  The software, predating the currently standard “internet automatic updating” techniques, has the distinction of receiving no verified bugs.
